Pragmatic AI builds case engines and provides AI training for Australian businesses. We are based on the Central Coast, NSW. Pragmatic AI is a Flindev business.

  • Business information relevant to providing our services
  • Payment information processed securely through our payment provider

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and Stickybeak to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are read and which links are followed. Stickybeak is first-party analytics that runs on our own domain through Cloudflare; it sets the cookies _sbv, _sbs and _sbn to count visits and sessions. They collect information like your approximate location, device and browser, not your name. You can block them with your browser settings or an extension, and the site works the same.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about bookings and services
  • Send occasional updates about our services (you can opt out anytime)

Client and patient data in case engines

When we build or run a case engine for a business, any personal information it processes belongs to that business and is handled under a written data agreement with them, in addition to this policy. We use it only to run that business's cases. See how we handle your data for the detail.
